You will join our dynamic and international Customer- and Sales Support team. You will have direct contacts with various Europeans clients via email and telephone and you will help them with logistic arrangements.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Facilitating the order process and making sure that all requests are handled efficiently
- Supporting directly our industrial clients and sales teams across 10 different countries in Europe
- Following up the delivery process with our external logistic partner
- Providing constant support by phone and email
- Reporting any urgent incidents or problems when needed
What do we require?
- Educational background or a first working experience in customer service
- Native level of Hungarian and fluent English (Business Proficiency)
- Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude
- Good organization skills and knowledge in MS Office
